Registration Process for Niagara Commercial Properties

To post available land or buildings on Niagara Commercial Properties, the following registration process must be completed:

1. Call the Niagara Economic Development Corporation at 905-685-1308 Extension 3520 to request an appointment with a member of the Niagara Commercial Properties Team.
2. A copy of the NiagaraCP User Agreement will be sent to you for your review. Please indicate whether you prefer e-mail, fax or postal mail. Please read the Agreement prior to your appointment.
3. An Economic Development Professional will assist you in completing the NiagaraCP User Registration Form. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in the User Agreement.
4. Once you have registered you will be issued a user name and password to log directly into our system. These must be kept confidential in order to ensure system security.
